About These Terms

These terms apply to the Fab Electrolysis website and to services booked at our Brooklyn studio. By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, just ask — we're happy to explain before you book.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be booked online through Vagaro or by phone at 718-360-2902. Every new client starts with a free consultation and patch test — no commitment required. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, by phone or through Vagaro. This lets us offer your spot to another client.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full price of the booked service.

Late Arrivals

Running late? Call us at 718-360-2902 and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Depending on the day's schedule, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service. Everything is priced per session — no packages required. Completed services are non-refundable. If you've prepaid for a service you haven't received yet, contact us and we'll arrange a credit or refund.

Treatment Disclaimers

Results vary from person to person. The number of sessions needed depends on your hair color, density, treatment area, and hormones — we'll give you an honest estimate at your consultation. Hair removal for hormonal conditions such as PCOS may require ongoing maintenance.

Our services are not medical advice. Please tell us about any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or skin concerns before treatment, follow the pre- and post-care instructions we provide, and consult your physician about any underlying conditions.
